Evan Randall Pulley was born in the Surf Capital of Oahu, HI in 2007 and raised on the waves of Virginia Beach, VA and the Outer Banks, NC. He had a surfer’s spirit, living an eventful life, free and fast. An elite athlete and surfer with a personality that spread fun and joy throughout Hampton Roads, Evan tragically passed away in August of 2023. We aim to ensure Evan’s energy and passion will continue to thrive and live on through EVAN’S SURF COMPANY.
